Enjoying my day off!

I miss Texas:-)

WOW!!!! I am enjoying my first day off where I actually feel like I need it!! It has been a busy week...and will continue to be. Good news is that Jesse and Joy had their baby! Nora Elisabeth!!!! YEA! I have only seen pictures, but she looks so cute! They are all healthy and seem to be doing really good! I asked Alivia if she had a new sister and she just says "No Big Sister!" I think she will adjust!:-)



Needless to say, I have been trying to pick up anything for Jesse that I can. I have taught the last two Sundays over the first part of Romans 12. It is SO RICH!!!! Teaching is not what I am good at...nor is it my passion so I hope that everything I am taking in is relayed well to all the youth. You can pray for the develpment in my teaching. It is a goal of mine this year. I would also like to enjoy doing it. In Corpus I am teaching through different parables (That is what Jesse has been teaching from). I feel more comfortable with those nights because it is more disucssion vs. me teaching. Anyway...I have added just a few pics of Corpus. ClICK HERE to see them! Things have really picked up for me at the YFC office. I am really enjoying my work there! I am getting to put my PR skills to use!!! I am working on "communication" stuff. I would explain it but it would make me sound really nerdy for enjoying doing that type of stuff!!!! Just some organizing, brainstorming and action!



On Saturday I took a day trip to Zurich with the Au Pair ministry YFC has. CLICK HERE to see pictures- go to the end! I am really impressed with this part of our organization.



I am getting so so excited because my parents and brother are coming to visit during Christmas. They fly in on the day after Christmas. We are planning on covering all of Switzerland! It will be enchanting I am sure:-)



I can't believe that Christmas is actually almost here. I am looking forward to the advent season! I am hoping that this year will give me a new perspecitve on the birth of Christ.
