The BIGGEST Christmas Party EVER!

Merry Christmas from Corpus! We had our Christmas Party on Saturday night!!! It was really fun (you all know I LOVE LOVE LOVE this season!!!). If you would like to see pictures click on the link on the side bar or in the post below. "Nerd Prom/Christmas"
After church yesterday the youth also provided tea, coffee and snacks. Another man also provided Mulled Wine. It is VERY good. It is red wine warmed with spices! They serve it everywhere during this time of the year it seems like. I see it in Geneva at the Christmas Market sold with sausages and roasted chestnuts!
I recieved a birthday/Christmas gift from Jesse and his family as well from my host family...A FONDUE SET!!!!! It is absolutly wonderful and I can't wait to cook with it!!!! Which brings me to my next subject...MY FAMILY! They get here in like 7 days or so...AND I AM SO READY TO SEE THEM. It is so strange because I have been away from them for more than 3 1/2 months before. I have gone from January to May without seeing them ; so it is strange to me as of why I am SO homesick to see them. Christmas Eve and Christmas day will probably be pretty rough for me...I didn't expect it to bother me. Don't worry...it has! Me being the emotional person I am...gotta love it. I just can't wait to pick them up from the airport...I guarentee all of us (probably not Allston) will be crying! It will be fun to show them my life here! It will be good to just sit around and do nothing with them too! We are also planning on traveling a whole heck of a lot! We have a Swiss Flexi Pass that will take us anywhere in Switzerland! We are hoping to hit the main attractions...as if the whole country in itself isn't enough!!! O I can't wait! I am super excited to hang out with my brother too! We have a fun relationship! He is a really neat guy. Our relationship has really grown this last year and it is so much fun to learn from him. He is so encouraging and such a man of faith. I admire my little bro!
Well...I am going to go back to enjoying my day off listening to Christmas music!

Hey! I got a fondue set too!!!! Crazy! I will answer your email and update you on wedding stuff...I promise. I am such a horrible friend, I know, but I love you so much and love reading your blog. Oh, Spring Baptist would fall under non-profit, but that's ok! I'm just an Education Secretary, nothing cool like all you crazy girls with real degrees and stuff! :) Love you! (Who is a soon to be mom? Crystal who?!)
